Senior Club Council Seeks Volunteers to Improve Membership Communications

The Senior Club Council (SCC) is searching for four or five volunteers with experience working in marketing, PR, and/or social media/content creation to populate the marketing/PR/Content task force. Interested individuals, please contact Matthew Robinette at matthewrobinette55@gmail.com for the timeline and objectives.

“We recognize that communication has been….lacking and want to establish a foundation for our marketing & communication strategies. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to hearing from you,” says Matthew Robinette, Vice Chair of the Senior Club Council.

The task force will operate for approximately 6 months (or however long the members decide to remain active), the point is that this task force will have an end date so members know what they are committing to.

The initial objectives of the task force include:
– Club rugby communication strategy
– Conduct a gap analysis (where we are vs. where we need to be)
– Create a foundation in marketing/PR/content that is sustainable and built on a foundation based on marketing principles
– Establish best practices
– Provide the Senior Club Council Executive Committee marketing/PR/content recommendations

The next steps in this process are to gather information from interested individuals, work with the DE&I Committee to ensure they have diverse voices on the Task Force, and conduct any follow-up conversations.
