Holy Cross Men’s Rugby Club is seeking an Assistant coach for our upcoming fall season. At HCRFC, we have built a strong program, winning the NCR Small College Northeast Regional in fall 2021. We finished third in the Small College division. We have 50-60 guys on the team who are dedicated to the sport and the club.
The assistant coach will work with our head coach to coordinate trainings and assist with player development.
Required:
-Experience playing (college or men’s/women’s)
-Available 2 nights/week for training (Tuesday/Thursday is ideal)
-Passion for rugby
-Positive and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred:
-Experience coaching (HS or above)
-Playing experience in the backs
-USA Rugby L200
