2023 Assistant Coach Job Posting
Charles River Womens+ RFC is seeking a part-time assistant rugby coach for the 2023 spring season. CRWRFC+ is a senior club rugby team that plays in the NERFU D2 bracket.
Our spring season runs from mid-March through mid-May, and we practice from 8 – 10pm on Tuesday and Thursdays in the Boston area, with games most Saturdays.
We are looking for a coach experienced in working with adult athletes, who is willing to adhere to our club’s code of conduct, and who is interested in working with our head coach to make our spring season an enjoyable success for the players. Experience working with the forward pack is preferable, as is being USA rugby coaching certified.
We offer a stipend starting at $800 for the season, which can be adjusted for experience.
