Charles River Rugby Football Club, a Men’s Senior Club based in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic head coach for the Spring 2023 Season and beyond.
Charles River has established itself as one of New England Rugby’s most successful clubs in recent years, winning the NERFU Division III championship and reaching the National Quarterfinals in 2021, and finishing as NERFU DIII runner-s up in 2022.
Requirements
- USA Rugby Coaching Certification or the ability to acquire one
- Ability to put together and execute practice plans for two trainings a week (Tuesdays/Thursdays for the Spring season)
- Ability to put together a strategy for matches
- Ability to provide instruction to players of all skill levels
This is a Part-Time position for the Spring 2023 season. A stipend for the season will be negotiated based on experience and availability. Extension of contract (7’s coaching in the Summer, 15’s in the Fall) will be discussed upon completion of the first season.
